30-Day Risk-Free Trial
All SyringeAccessory™ products include a 30-day risk-free trial. You may open, examine, and test your product. If it’s not right for your practice, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—outbound shipping is your responsibility.
Products showing excessive wear, damage, or modification may not qualify for a full refund.
Standard 1-Year Warranty
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects and normal wear & tear for the first 12 months.
- Cost: We cover replacement product and return shipping.
Lifetime Defect Warranty
- Coverage: Production flaws (cracks, spring failure) only, for the life of the product.
- Cost: You cover return shipping; we ship your replacement free of charge.
Wear & Tear Protection Plan
High-volume users can add our optional Wear & Tear Protection Plan under My Account > Care Plans. This annual subscription lets you replace worn products anytime—just cover return shipping.
How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Email hello@syringeaccessory.com with your order number, SKU, and a brief description of the issue.
- Approval: We respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Return Shipping:
- 30-Day Trial: You pay outbound shipping.
- 1-Year Warranty: We provide a prepaid return label.
- Lifetime Defect: You cover return postage.
- Replacement: We ship your replacement within 2 business days of receiving the return.
